Your GLP-1 journey, kept on your phone.

Shoteo records weigh-ins, doses, measurements, nutrition and symptoms — then shows you what your own data says over time. Nothing is uploaded, because there is nowhere to upload it to.

What it does

One place for everything you track

Log it in seconds, then let the charts do the reading.

⚖️

Weigh-ins and measurements

Weight, waist, hips, chest, arms, thighs, neck and body fat — with the units you prefer, converted consistently everywhere.

💉

Dose events

Date, time, amount, injection site, pain and status, per medication. Quick-select chips for the doses you actually use.

📈

Trends that stay honest

Solid lines for what you logged, dashed for projections, computed from your own recent rate. Modeled values are always labelled as estimates.

🍽️

Nutrition and symptoms

Calories, protein, carbs and water; symptoms with severity; sleep, mood and energy — all optional, none of it required.

🔔

Local reminders

A neutral nudge before your next scheduled dose, or to weigh in. Scheduled by your phone, never by a server.

🌍

English, French and German

The whole interface, every chart label — and the legal documents, with English as the authoritative text.

Charts that show their working

Solid for what you logged, dashed for what is projected — so an estimate never passes itself off as a measurement.

Trends — your data, over time

Weight, BMI and rate of change from your own journal, with the goal drawn as a reference line. Every point on the chart is something you logged.

  • Weight, BMI and weekly rate in one place
  • Per-medication views when you track more than one
  • Readable in light and dark, on small screens
Trends screen: a weight chart with logged points, a trend line and a dashed projection, above a BMI chart with the goal BMI as a reference line
Predict screen: a goal projection with days to goal, weight to goal and goal BMI, above a projected trend chart

Predict — arithmetic, not promises

Optimistic and realistic projections computed from your own logged rate, side by side — always dashed, always labelled as informational estimates, never as clinical readings.

  • Days-to-goal and weight-to-goal from your own pace
  • Modeled medication level, clearly marked as an estimate
  • No prediction of what will happen — just your numbers, extended
Privacy

There is no server to breach

Most apps promise to look after your data. Shoteo is built so that there is nothing to look after — the design is the guarantee, not the policy.

  • No account, no sign-in, no email address
  • No analytics, no advertising, no crash reporting that could carry your journal
  • The app makes no network request containing your health data — there is nothing for it to talk to
  • Export everything as JSON or CSV, or a PDF summary for a clinician
  • Delete every trace from the device in one tap
  • Your phone's own iCloud or Google backup can include it, so a new phone keeps your history — that copy is made by your phone, and you control it in your system settings

Questions

Reasonable things to ask

Is this medical advice?

No. Shoteo records and visualises what you enter. It does not diagnose, treat, or tell you what to do about your medication, and it will never suggest a dose or a schedule. Anything about your treatment belongs with your clinician.

What are the projections, exactly?

Arithmetic on your own logged weigh-ins — a recent rate of change extended forward. They are labelled as informational estimates, not predictions of what will happen, and never as clinical readings.

Do I need an account?

No. There is nothing to sign up for. The app has no server component at all.

What happens when I change phone?

Shoteo keeps a backup file inside the app on your device. Your phone's own backup — iCloud on iPhone, Google on Android — includes it, so setting up a new phone from that backup brings your journal along. You can also save a copy to Files or Drive yourself at any time.

Does it cost anything?

No. It is free, with no subscriptions, no in-app purchases and no advertising.

Can I bring history from another tracker?

Yes, if you can export it as CSV. You map the columns yourself and preview the result before anything is imported. The file is read on your device.

Ready when you are.

Shoteo is coming to the App Store and Google Play. No wait-list and no email capture — we would have nowhere to keep your address anyway.

Shoteo is a wellness tracker, not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition, and it does not provide medical advice. Projections and the modeled medication level are informational estimates, not measurements or clinical readings. Always confirm anything about your medication, dose or health with a qualified healthcare professional. Publisher details are in the imprint.
